What is craniosacral therapy?
Craniosacral therapy involves gentle, precise touch intended to release tension and restore circulation and function. Craniosacral tends to address the body as a whole rather than the sum of its parts. Gentle techniques focus on the head, neck, low-back and joints, as well as on the emotional heart. The nervous system responds very well to craniosacral touch.
